The Quadro Ytron^® ZC is a high-speed inline disperser used for both inline single-pass and recirculating powder dispersion applications. The ZC is uniquely engineered to incorporate and disperse even the most difficult-to-wet powders, thickening agents, and rheology modifiers into a liquid stream in a single pass, in many cases eliminating the need to use additional dispersants or wetting agents.

Dramatic Powder and Batch Time Savings

The Quadro Ytron^® ZC is able to achieve a solids dispersion of up to 70% by weight depending on the product, and minimal air entrainment greatly reduces product deaeration time. Since the powder is completely hydrated and free of lumps after a single pass, product yield is maximized and wastage is reduced or eliminated. The high-speed dispersion and hydration performance of the ZC often results in batch time reductions of up to 90%.

Continuous Dispersion System

The Quadro^® Continuous Dispersion System (CDS) capitalizes on the advanced dispersion performance of the Quadro Ytron^® ZC inline powder disperser, with the unique implementation of the Quadro^® Uniform Film Interface (UFI) technology to continuously disperse powders into a controlled liquid stream. The UFI powder disperser technology allows a high degree of control accuracy in continuous mixing applications, with achievable inline concentrations of 50% by weight or higher, depending on the application.
